A Space Designed for Balance and Wellbeing

Arrive Early, Move
with Ease
We recommend arriving a few minutes before your session begins. This gives you time to settle in, prepare for your class and start feeling relaxed and focused, while helping everyone enjoy a smooth and uninterrupted Pilates experience.
Dress for Movement
Choose comfortable, fitted and flexible clothing that allows you to move freely throughout your session. Please avoid clothing with zippers or other hardware, as these can damage the Pilates equipment.
Get a Better Grip

Grip socks are required during your Pilates session to help provide stability while keeping our studio and equipment clean and hygienic. Leave your shoes at the door and enjoy moving comfortably and confidently throughout your workout.

You’re welcome to bring your own grip socks, or purchase a pair at the studio for $25.

Switch Off & Tune In
Please place your phone on silent during your session and give yourself the space to fully focus on your movement. Consider this your time to disconnect from the outside world, be present and recharge.
Keep It Fresh

Help us keep the studio welcoming and hygienic by wiping down the apparatus after use. A clean machine means the next person can begin their Pilates session in a fresh and comfortable space.

Keep Your Space Clear
Please store your personal belongings neatly in the designated area and be mindful of others as you enter and leave the studio. Keeping our shared space tidy and clutter-free creates a calm, comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy.
Make the Most of Every Session

Your Path to Pilates Progress

Move with Awareness
Let your instructor know if you experience any discomfort, pain or changes in how your body feels. Pilates is designed to challenge you through controlled movement, but it should never cause pain. Listening to your body helps us adapt your session so you can move safely and confidently.
Trust Your Instructor
Follow your instructor’s guidance, technique and pace throughout the session. Each movement is taught with purpose, helping you practise safely, maintain correct form and gain the greatest benefit from your Pilates workout.
Progress Through Consistency
Regular Pilates practice is an important part of building lasting strength, control and confidence. Stay committed to your sessions, and over time you’ll begin to notice positive changes in the way your body moves, feels and performs.
By following these simple studio guidelines, we can create a welcoming, respectful and positive environment where everyone can enjoy their Pilates experience.
Together, we can approach each session with focus, positivity and a sense of enjoyment, supporting one another as we move towards greater strength, balance and wellbeing.
